Mobile phones
Whilst at Serenity Spa we kindly ask you to put your phone on silent or switch it off. This is so we can preserve the calm and relaxed atmosphere whilst treatments are in progress.

Gift vouchers
We offer gift vouchers that are available to purchase at reception or may be ordered over the phone. They make an ideal present for birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries or just a little thank you. They are available for any amount and can only be redeemed on our range of treatments and not products.

Cancellations
If you are unable to make an appointment it would be much appreciated if you could let us know 24 hours prior to the treatment. There is an answer phone message available out of salon hours. Repeated missed appointments may incur a charge.

Group bookings/Spa days
Group bookings or spa days are perfect for an occasion. For example: hen parties, birthdays or just a get together. When booking a spa day or a group booking please give us plenty of notice to make sure we book out all available time needed.
